I went there initially to get a new battery because another place told me that I needed it for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. I went to battery warehouse for a second opinion and was greeted by Frank who checked my battery and told me there was nothing wrong with it, and for his good deed he received a $20 tip for being honest.. we need more people like frank
I had a fantastic experience at Battery Warehouse. Frank was awesome! I was having an issue with my car and thought it was the battery. When I went in, Frank took a look and swapped it out for a better one. He even went the extra mile by using his phone to help me figure out what the real problem might be and offered to help fix it. I absolutely love this place! If you ever have a problem and want to get it resolved, ask for the manager, Frank—he’s incredibly helpful.
My grandma and I came in to get a new battery because we were misinformed that ours was old, but Mr Dunlop explained to us they last 3-5 years and that we really didn't need a new one but he still offered one. He was very honest and very kind, a great guy, we will revisit if need too!
