2 stars because the system finally works how it should. But the whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. Was promised 5 weeks install, then turned into 9 as soon as I signed. They didn't know we had 3 phase, despite their electrician coming to look. Install was good except the battery had to be turned off so they could come fix something. In that our power to our kitchen turned off so they had to come back and fix it that night. Told our battery will back up our house, it will only back up 1 circuit. Quote showed ... read more

Competitive pricing and a straightforward process for the solar installation. Could have done with some tidy up when drilling the hole to install the inverter, but overall fairly happy with the installation and the system output.

Just had a solar and battery system installed by Battery Solar Solutions. Outstanding result. There's a reason why they have 5 stars, because their absolute professionals at what they do. Very impressive. Highly Recommended. AAAAAA+++++++

The team at Battery Solar Solutions are great. They were faced with a tricky install which involved an older home consisting of Spanish tiles and raked ceilings. They completed the work extremely well and were able to resolve any post integration problems with the PV and Inverter. Thanks again for your hard work and customer service.

From Remi of Athelstone, I had my solar panels + battery system installed by Battery Solar Solutions, not only they gave me a good price, but their service was excellent, starting from Craig that gave us the quote, Sonia in the office was and is extremely helpful, and the electricians Daniel, Michael and the big boss Jake, I give them 110% for their knowledge, I always shop local with anything.
