2 stars because the system finally works how it should. But the whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. Was promised 5 weeks install, then turned into 9 as soon as I signed. They didn't know we had 3 phase, despite their electrician coming to look. Install was good except the battery had to be turned off so they could come fix something. In that our power to our kitchen turned off so they had to come back and fix it that night. Told our battery will back up our house, it will only back up 1 circuit. Quote showed ... read more

I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with this business. It has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. It took them nearly two months just to schedule an installation, and then—just 30 minutes before the appointment—they suddenly called to say the electrician was sick. No real apology, no proper explanation. They then rescheduled me for another week later, even though they knew the weather would be raining. Jake is pleasant, efficient and very knowledgeable, gave us good comprehensive advice and supplied a great battery solar system at a competitive price. Battery Solar Solutions are a great team, I asked a lot of questions and we had a few tricky specifications but they handled it all without a problem giving us the results we wanted. The installation was smooth and we are very happy with the outcome.
