Very disappointing experience. We paid over $7,000 for a solar system that cannot be used. The system was installed based on a desktop quote with no proper inspection of our electrical supply. After installation, the meter installer refused to connect it and SA Power Networks issued a defect notice. We have since been advised that the system installed is not compatible with our existing supply and requires significant upgrades — something that was never disclosed to us before installation. From start to finish the team at Battery Solar Solution have been fantastic to deal with. From getting a quote, arranging a time, removing my current system, installing my new system, and explaining the setup, the team was efficient, supportive, polite, and informative. I could not have asked for more. Five stars! I would highly recommend them.
Very professional and completed the job quickly. Also the staff explained everything about the battery.
Another bunch of scammers. They installed a solar panel system in 2021, and it stopped working over a year ago. At first, they acted responsive and made a couple of visits. The last technician admitted the problem was a faulty switch and promised it would be replaced. That was the last time we heard from them. Since then, the company has completely vanished.
