Solis inverted broke down after 2 years. Called their warranty hot line but no one ever picks up. Effectively there is no warranty if you do with these people

Friendly, professional, polite installers. Did a fast, efficient installation of solar and battery. Careful to not scratch colorbond on new build, cleaned up and dusted after they were done, disposed of all rubbish etc.

Very disappointing experience. We paid over $7,000 for a solar system that cannot be used. The system was installed based on a desktop quote with no proper inspection of our electrical supply. After installation, the meter installer refused to connect it and SA Power Networks issued a defect notice. We have since been advised that the system installed is not compatible with our existing supply and requires significant upgrades — something that was never disclosed to us before installation. From start to finish the team at Battery Solar Solution have been fantastic to deal with. From getting a quote, arranging a time, removing my current system, installing my new system, and explaining the setup, the team was efficient, supportive, polite, and informative. I could not have asked for more. Five stars! I would highly recommend them.
