Absolutely amazing service and such a lovely, calming environment to be in, especially when you're not well. Doctors take a wonderful, proactive and holistic approach to treatment. The reception staff are so lovely and patient, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. The building itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff have taken great care in making the environment feel safe and calming, from the subtle sweet smells of the diffusers to the gentle classical piano music. Certainly much nicer... read more
Toxic Receptions this morning. Had a Drs. Appointment this morning and the reception and seating areas were overwhelmingly perfumed. (I become unwell with the strong perfume smells, which attacks my nervous system.) I asked reception if they had oil sticks, because that’s what it smelt like and I told them I become unwell. They told me I could sit outside. I did, in the cold until I could wait no longer. Classical calming music would be better and relaxing. Highly recommend Dr. Tom Toro. We visited him while we were on vacation, he quicky diagonised our son and sent us to ED. He also called to check in on us to make sure we are doing ok and reached ED. Many Thanks to him for his care and support.
