I was concerned about the transition to MyEyeDr., but Dr. Mawell continues to serve. She's exceptional: caring, precise, and patient. I travel from Queens because of her! I acknowledge JJ for his excellent customer service: He's very engaging and attentive. I would be remiss if I did not mention that pricing has changed, even with insurance, so it's important to be attentive and to appreciate that some prices are optional.

I went to see Dr David Naparstek to update my contact lenses and now I can see better than I have been able to see for years, with the correct strength to achieve the best of both long and close distances (monovision). I also now have glasses for reading and extra distances when I'm wearing my contact lenses but I don't think I'll be needing them very often at all. I'm so happy I chose Dr Naparstek. The ladies on the desk are great as well, very helpful and they have excellent taste when it comes to which glasses suit!

Doctors are fine but suggest ordering glasses and contacts elsewhere the shop runs like it’s the 1950s still

Great experience with the Optometrist. Very poor follow up with the shop. At first, they forgot to send the frame, then they said that the lens was broken. But at no time was there a follow up call to me explaining the delay
