This company is amazing! I emailed them because I had a minor issue with an order. Literally two minutes later I had a response from the company and a notification from PayPal saying a refund was issued to me from Battery Hookup. Also, out of the 200 or so 18650 modem battery cells that I've received from them they all tested at full capacity except about 4 of them. I'm an Engineer and DIYer. Battery Hookup is the go-to place for enthusiasts who want high quality batteries at the best price. Even the sale prices from other companies can't match these deals. Also, I had an issue with a battery outside of the warranty period and Battery Hookup customer service processed a complimentary replacement order for me the same day! Outstanding service! I'll definitely be a return customer.
