Also, I had an issue with a battery outside of the warranty period and Battery Hookup customer service processed a complimentary replacement order for me the same day! Outstanding service! One of the best companies I've worked with. I've purchased quite a few batteries from them for various projects over the years. Great company with great deals on batteries for the DIYer. Staff was excellent and accommodating. They even stayed after hours on a Friday in order for me to be able to pick-up my order. I am very Greatful for that due to the distance I traveled to get there.

Battery's were great, BMS was great. Tech support sent me the diagram for my bms 16s setup. The best company I've ever worked with. Customer service is great!!!!!
