I've been looking at their website for a while and needed a 12-volt battery for a project. Customer service was great. From the second I walked in the door. Unfortunately when I brought the battery home there was an issue. The next morning I received a very nice text. Apologizing offered a replacement and even threw in a few mini power packs for my troubles. I will definitely be back and I will always recommend this company to friends and family.
They're super helpful and friendly. Their selection is great and their pricing can't be beat. Have bought LiFePo cells and batteries from them several times and will keep recommending them to friends/family, they're consistently awesome!
Placed an order and picked up at their warehouse within two hours. Products in condition as described. Super quick and smooth transaction, even moreso considering it was a rush order late on a Friday. I would absolutely recommend Battery Hookup, especially for locals.
