Do not work with this company. I had a good experience initially when I needed my battery replaced in January 2022. Battery only lasted 1.5 years and went out already. I went with this company because they had a 24 month warranty. I call to get it replaced and they left me without a vehicle. The customer service is horrible I still haven’t heard back from anyone and the person they have answering the phones hung up and started screening my calls. Life happens and sometimes you need something done right away. I needed a new car battery or I would have been stuck at work. Battery Guardians came to my rescue in less than an hour. Battery Guardians exceeded my expectation from start to finish and was a 5-star experience.
Called and within 15 min someone called me and scheduled service. Service was on time and the tech was very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks a lot guys!!
