Really appreciate them taking the time and providing me with a few flat washers and o-rings -- was just the ticket to allow me to repair my old rv faucet.
I did not end up needing their services but when I reached out for direction they gave me lots of info on where I needed to go, much appreciated!
Awesome service at Battersby’s today. They dug deep in their plumbing graveyard to find an obscure part for me. All with a smile. :-)
Absolutely terrible customer service, unhelpful and quite rude. They would say they would call us back after lunch and never call us back. We would try the next day and ask if there was availability or ask when the next availability was. Then we were scolded and told "We're very busy, we don't know and well call you back". They always made it out to seem that we were a huge inconvienence. We will never attempt to call them again.
Time and time again, Battersby answers our needs and makes themselves available when we need them. Thanks for being so supportive and getting the job done!
