I'm writing you from Phoenix Arizona, The batteries you sell for quads are a joke! I have had flashlight batteries last longer than your product. I purchased a battery for my quad back in August of 2012 and bought the one that was a 6 month warranty. I went to start it today and it appears totally dead now. I called the store which I purchased it at and they basically told me I'm screwed. Look at the complaints with the 67th ave and bell rd. store and its self explanatory.
