They were able to help us out and tell us the problem, although they couldn’t fix it because it was something unfixable they were nice throughout the whole process. I would really recommend them for getting phone batteries etc. They’re really good!
Good service but the quality of the screen replacement was terrible. Turns out they also ripped my earpiece's cable as I was unable to use it for calls anymore. Had to use speaker phone for quite some time just to talk to people. Also found out that the screen quality is very cheap as it's actually a hard plastic, not glass like an iPhone's screen is supposed to be. My phone screen broke after getting it replaced here two days later inside of my pocket. Do not pay upwards of $100 for a cheap screen like I received here.
The reviews about service were wonderful....so I made an online appointment to have phone battey changed. I cant comment on the service because I only made it as far as the parking lot. I pulled in at 5 minutes until my appointment and before I could get out and go in a young lady named Tiffany called to tell me that battery wasnt in stock.
