Went there 3 times & never got the battery we needed. Had the old one with, but the store associate didn't bother to look at it, because he knew eveything. Not!!
When I took in a complex battery for my battery operated lawnmower, the woman at the desk was efficient and patient and pleasant, and they were able to figure out the problem, and provide a solution with minimal expense. I would take it back there anytime.
My wife bought lifetime battery replacements for 2 different watches at Batteries Plus, paying about $10 above the cost of a 1-time replacement. Each time, after battery replacement, the watch stopped working. The first had the seal leak & the watch's movement was destroyed. On the second, a Calvin Klein, the battery was replaced, but the store couldn't press the back onto the watch, & tried many times, and broke the gasket (rubber seal) that sealed the back of the watch to the body of the watch. Very professional and completed the job in the time they said they would. A very kind and friendly customer service. This is my second time here. They fixed my personal phone a few months ago. That is why I came back!
