Went there 3 times & never got the battery we needed. Had the old one with, but the store associate didn't bother to look at it, because he knew eveything. Not!!
When I took in a complex battery for my battery operated lawnmower, the woman at the desk was efficient and patient and pleasant, and they were able to figure out the problem, and provide a solution with minimal expense. I would take it back there anytime.
My wife bought lifetime battery replacements for 2 different watches at Batteries Plus, paying about $10 above the cost of a 1-time replacement. Each time, after battery replacement, the watch stopped working. The first had the seal leak & the watch's movement was destroyed. On the second, a Calvin Klein, the battery was replaced, but the store couldn't press the back onto the watch, & tried many times, and broke the gasket (rubber seal) that sealed the back of the watch to the body of the watch.
