Made appt online to replace iphone 8 battery. They acknowledged. Arranged schedule and drove into town and only once I was there did they tell me they had to order the battery. I hear in the owner's reply that rather than clear ownership of a problem that can easily be fixed, a half-assed apology that implies I may have expected too much. I do not recommend bringing your watch into batteries plus. The person who was there on MLK day was nice enough but ripped out a rechargable battery and handed it back to me in a baggie telling me to take it to Cliffs. Cliffs told me that he shouldn't of ripped out the battery at all and it is in fact, rechargable. Unfortunately I was getting it repaired for a friend so I have no knowledge on watches. I needed a replacement fob my Buick. It had to be ordered. After a month and seeing that the source (China) was going to be unreliable, the Manager found another source (without charging for the upgrade) and the fob came in a week. The installation/programing took an hour, but was expertly done
Unfortunately had to deal with a broken Samsung cell phone screen today. Luckily, Chris at Batteries Plus was kind, professional, helpful and took care of me. I was able to get my screen fixed quickly and get back to life conveniently.
