The store employees have always been very nice and helpful. Normally have what I'm looking for in stock and at competitive prices. Update 10/17/25: Still best place for my car batteries.
The female manager was amazing! She helped me so fast! And made to stress free!! I was shocked at how fast and easy the entire experience was!!
BatteryPlus in Anchorage sold me a a Deep Cycle Marine battery for my 2017 Ram truck. When I began having starting problems with the truck, I took it to my excellent mechanic, who immediately diagnosed the problem as an inadequate battery. He called the BatteryPlus store’s manager, who argued that the battery was not a problem and refused to do anything to correct the mistake. I will not do business with this company again. Needed a lithium battery, website says they are in stock and there is a discount if ordered online. Purchase the battery only to get a call later that day that the battery in fact wasn't in stock and would take two weeks to ship. That felt a little deceptive, but I can be patient. Three weeks later still haven't gotten a call or email. I call the shop to inquire when it would arrive only to be told it would be another whole month to get one.
