Had a 9:30AM appointment at the 4513 Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109 store on 1/23/17. Arrived at 9:30AM only to be told there would be no technician until 12PM. The store manager said someone should have called me the day before to notify me, but no one did. I called at 12PM and asked if I could swing by around 1PM, they said yes and verified that the technician was there. I took my iPhone for repair because the screen was cracked. They changed the screen but the new screen made my phone nonfunctional. It had been working fine prior to having screen changed despite the cracked screen. With the new screen, it did not respond to touch.
