only batterie place i use
I have bought batteries there for years. Lately the quality of the Duracell batteries they’re selling is definitely not up to par. I just brought a battery back that was nine days out of warranty. They refused to honor the warranty. Given the amount of batteries I’ve bought over the years she thinks they would cut me some slack for a week. I would think twice before buying a Duracell battery.
I went in to purchase and get my battery changed and because of the make of my car it was not an easy exchange. Luke was very nice and walked me through the process of what needed to be done and then changed the battery. He was very professional and did an outstanding job! Their price on the battery was about half of what one of the larger stores quoted me also. I will definitely go back if I need a battery of any type!
Every employee that I dealt with is upbeat. Good people, skills and the service is great.
