Store employee had a hard time putting the back on my watch after replacing the battery. A week later while on vacation, water got inside my watch. This corroded the battery and caused the internal parts to rust out. In the 5 years I've had the watch, it's never gotten water in it until after the Battery Plus employee struggled to put the back on.

Unbelievable prices. They sell a charger that fits 8x AA/AAA for $74.99. You can get a charger that comes with 16 batteries for $22 on Amazon. I try not to buy online and support businesses near me, but when the local places are scamming people it becomes impossible. Other battery options were similarly overpriced but this was the most egregious.
Made an online order and I was notified quickly that the order was ready. When I presented my receipt, the clerk immediately went and got my order and checked me out.
Got a brand new battery installed for my iPhone for under $90 bucks. Had a great experience with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I think they do Samsung phones too! Call ahead to make a schedule an appointment to save some $$$ with a new battery instead of a new phone.
