Had exactly what I needed after struggling to find a battery online (amazon doesnt need any more of my money anyways). Dave was quick to find the correct batteries, almost instantly practically just needing to lean over and grab it and answered my question promptly when I called back for more info. Very clean store though small. They also recycled my old battery for free!
DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREENS FIXED HERE at a battery store! They use “after market” screens which greatly diminish the resolution and brightness of your phone and my touch screen even stopped working entirely ten minutes after leaving the store. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE. I was scammed by the technician and now my home button doesn't work properly. Read below for more. Took my phone in for a minor fix a few months ago. The tech damaged my phone then stated he would fix the screen for free which he did. Once he finished he gave me the phone back stating there was some bad news "the home button stopped working". Bad Service. Horrible customer service. Never buy in this store . The store manager has no idea how to help or resolve something.
If you like being treated like an idiot and get accused of neglect, go ahead and shop at this location. I will never stop foot in this store ever again. The sales associate at this location need serious TRAINING on both customer service etiquette and their warranty policy. Do not recommend this location. Will not recommend families and friends.
Took my phone in for screen repair. They broke the case clips and bent the frame. The tech amber admitted it but said it happens. Refused a refund and was very rude. Wouldn't honor repair warranty even though corporate asked them and the store owner to. They even lied and stated my husband brought in the phone and said he threw it against a wall and broke it. Funny..I brought the phone and they did a visual inspection and found no damage. Very shady store. Don't take your phone there. Unprofessional crooks.
So I schedule an appointment to get my son's IPhone 6 front screen replaced on Sunday 11/20/2016 @1230pm online, show up only to be told "haha nope we don't have a technician on the weekends to do that and the new girl didn't contact you back" like really????? So after driving down to Noblesville and spending the entire day finding a place, no I would not recommend this Batteries Plus Bulbs to anyone they definitely do not have there stuff together at all........
I cracked my iPhone and went in to have the screen replaced. The phone was perfectly functional until this place had it for about 3 hours doing god knows what. I pick up my phone and it works for about three days and all of a sudden the screen gets lines across the entire thing mid text. I had to bring it in at least three times within the month after they replaced the screen the first time because it would work for a day or even a couple hours, and freeze up again. Bogus store with bogus values. Took a tablet in store to have a micro port repaired and the 3 people working had no clue. The website offers this service at all locations and it's frustrating to have an employee not grasp the concept. Thanks for nothing guys. Will not be returning.
