Excellent Service I was looking for a somewhat obscure battery which they had in stock. The staff was excellent - friendly and knowledgable - to me and to a couple who was there. The price on the battery was the same as an online company.

Their Loss; My Gain I've been on hold for 32 minutes just to see if they'd ever get back to me. Nope. I found the battery I was looking for on eBay at a good price and ordered it while I was on hold. Lost sale for Battery Plus and in this economy, no one can afford that.

Mrs George I went to our local store today to purchase an extra battery for my cell phone. An older man grabbed a battery off the rack, opened the phone and inserted it. Immediately, the phone screen went blank and wouldn't work. He quickly threw it at the salesgirl and said he had to "go out back." She looked at the phone and said,"does your screen usually look like this?' Then another salesperson looked at it and said,"there's something wrong with your phone, it's not our fault!" Any battery you would ever need! Batteries for watches, toys, cars, phones - just about any type of battery you need is here. This has been a great spot for us to get otherwise hard-to-find disc style batteries for children's novelty books (the kind that talk, etc. when you use the keypad to the side of the book). The prices seem very reasonable.

THEY ARE A SCAM Batterie Plus Are A SCAM On Sat. I had sent one of our guys to pick up a Motor Cycle Batterie which cost $90.00 The guy just took it off the shelf and didn't charge or fill it. We placed it in the bike and the damn batterie didn't turn over the bike and then melted the (-) terminal. I took it back and the guys wouldn't offer me a new batterie or give me my money back. There was obviously a manufacturing problem with the batterie and they would warrenty it. There was no way the (+) or (-) were connected back w... read more

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! Batteries Plus 844A Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 RUDE INSULTING AND SCAM ARTIST... Batter Plus in Rockville MD have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my years of living. Terrible Service Had to replace my watch battery.. turns out they don't know to replace a sieko watch battery .. told me no problem .. well the watch they replaced didn't work but 10 minutes had to take the watch back . was not working ..they were unable to help in my watch replacement .. hours are late morning .. terrible service ..

Amazing service, not a big box! I needed to replace my motorcycle battery and decided to give these guys a try. I walked in and was met with a friendly greeting. Ken was very knowledgable and able to show me that there were actually a few different options available for my Goldwing. They helped me find a battery with a 2 year, yes 2 YEAR free replacement! On top of that, it was less than a 1 year replacement cost me at the dealer who sold me the bike. 2 Thumbs up!
