I have had 3 phone screens fixed at this location over the past few years, and the first two experiences were fine. However, the last time I had my cracked iPhone 7 screen fixed, the touchscreen started malfunctioning off and on the very same day. I brought it to this store over 6 times over the span of 2 weeks and they STILL refuse to fix it and made me bring it back "when it's actually doing it". I did bring it back when it was malfunctioning (twice, in fact) but that didn't make a difference. I suppose they aren't a compa... read more
I paid $250 for replacement batteries that would never hold a re-charge. Returned within 6 months and they wouldn't replace them. Don't go here.
Husband brought in his watch...can't turn the knob to change the time...only offered to give it to the repair guy for a quote on a new movement?? Didn't offer to take the battery back or discount the other battery we just bought? Poor customer service...not even an apology....won't be back. Take your watch somewhere else
