Batteries Plus has been great in helping us switch out old fluorescent tubes to new plug and play. Great service and fair prices. Plus the have some really nifty flashlights and other fun lighting gear.
Batteries Plus is the King of Key FOB services. Auto dealers will overchage for each key, Batteries Plus was fair and fast. Thank you Batteries Plus!
Always good service and they've always had what I went in for.
Stopped in on 6/6/25 at 6:00 PM to buy a small lawn mower battery. Despite standing there for five minutes, neither of the two employees acknowledged me—or the elderly customer who was already waiting. One was working on a watch, the other on a phone, and neither could take a moment to greet us. I walked out and went to AutoZone in Elk Grove instead, where I had a great experience. Friendly, quick, and helpful. I won’t be back to Batteries Plus—it was a complete waste of time and gas.
