Four employees in the store and I finally had to ask for help. They checked my battery and said it was to low to be charged. She looked on the shelf and said they had nothing that would work.

I’ve always valued the clean, well-maintained store and friendly service at the Batteries Plus on S. Florida Ave in Lakeland. As a customer with a lifetime warranty for battery replacement, I’ve had my Seiko watch battery replaced there several times without issue. However, on June 11, 2025, I drove 30 minutes to have my watch battery replaced before an international trip in three days, only to find that the employee lacked the necessary skills to perform the replacement.
