Dave was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He put my new battery in for me even though it was more difficult than anticipated. Will be back for any future needs because of his great customer service skills.
I left my phone for battery replacement (iPhone 12 pro) and after they change the battery I noticed that the new battery was no different from my old battery and even consumed more battery. I asked for a refund. They returned it to me, okay nice but they said that they replaced the original screen during the battery replacement.
