My husband was sent here from T-Mobile to have his phone screen fixed. When we picked up the phone the speaker was no longer working, the only way to hear sound was to use speaker phone. We called back immediately to let the store know, but we were told the manager left and that we would have to wait until Monday. Normally that wouldn't have been a problem but my husband is working out of state and has to leave Sunday. He will not be back until next weekend and he needs a fully functioning phone for work.
