The staff were super helpful and quick to give advice. We said we weren’t sure about the bulbs fitting our lamps so they had us bring them in and tested the bulbs before we bought them. Affordable items and great help 10/10 service.

Got a battery that went bad in 1700 miles they replaced without hassle. -UPDATE- Bought another battery (Duracell Ultra) for a truck 7.22.2025 with a 48 month warranty that is $260 if purchased today. The battery stopped holding a charge and I took it in for warranty but they refuse to warranty it because the charge it was holding at the time was less than or equal to 10 volts. Batteries Plus has the worst warranty compared to any other company that sells Duracell due to this. They will reject any battery that has less than ... read more
