Is this store open or closed? I went there yesterday, door was locked, lights out, no signs of anyone around?
Door signage is a lie and even worse customer service. Arrived at 5:12. Sign on the door says they close at 6:00. Went to the door. An employee came to the door as I approached and began to lock the door to leave. He said, “we close at 5” When I pointed to the hours on the door that says they close at 6:00, his response was “oh” and proceeded to walk to his car to leave. That was it. No apology. If you plan on doing business here save all your paperwork to prove you have a warranty! Shame on me for not doing so! Also take extra money with you to purchase your items. I called today to get a price on new batteries because I couldn’t provide a document of when I purchased the last ones and they couldn’t find it in there system. The price went up a little over $20 in the 20 minute drive from my house to this location. Products are garbage. Bought a battery with 12month warranty I come in to replace it 1week out of warranty. They don’t sell products they can stand behind. I asked about different brand and was told it wasn’t in stock even though online says otherwise. If your the owner and want to address the issue then reach out to me, don’t post a 1-800 number.
