If you plan on doing business here save all your paperwork to prove you have a warranty! Shame on me for not doing so! Also take extra money with you to purchase your items. I called today to get a price on new batteries because I couldn’t provide a document of when I purchased the last ones and they couldn’t find it in there system. Products are garbage. Bought a battery with 12month warranty I come in to replace it 1week out of warranty. They don’t sell products they can stand behind. I asked about different brand and was told it wasn’t in stock even though online says otherwise. If your the owner and want to address the issue then reach out to me, don’t post a 1-800 number.

The staff is very helpful and make getting the correct batteries easy. The sales they have on batteries and light bulbs are great!
