Drove an hour from Beaufort to be told there is Noone to fix my phone. I should have been contacted so I didn't waste my time.

After my phone stopped working properly, I took it here, hoping they could repair it. Jay and Alex took great care of me and my phone. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and fix it, all within my lunch hour and for a great price. My phone looks and works good as new. Thanks for your help! Would definitely recommend (:
Update: I received a call from the store manager, he told me to bring my phone back in, had a specific person work on it to either correct the issues or work with me to handle it in another manner. He apologized for the inconvenience and the issues happening. I took my phone in 7/10/25, within an hour they called me back, everything is working normally again.
