Went to Batteries Plus today in Monroe.Louisiana for a refund on a battery that I bought.. the owner was so upset that I brought the battery back then proceed to get upset saying that we always bring stuff back after it's used referencing to my color... I asked the owner why was he so upset just explain the reason he said I looked like I wanted to have a problem... I buy batteries frequently here and always get treated well. I was having an issue with my iPhone charging port and went in for repair. Turned out it was just dirt and lint buildup in the port. The tech solved my issue in about 30 seconds at no cost to me. You guys are fantastic!
I recently took my 2011 Nissan Altima to Batteries Plus for programming key fobs and I couldn’t be more impressed. We initially asked them to program just one fob, and the technician (Adam) went above and beyond and programed both fobs, no extra charge, no fuss. While he was working on programming, there ended up being a problem with the old fob and my car wouldn’t start up again. I went to Batteries plus to see if they had a battery for my car. They were so helpful. He checked everything told me all my battery and was not doing. Was absolutely no pressure to purchase. I did purchase a battery for my car and they installed it. It came with a good warranty. I highly recommend batteries plus in Monroe Louisiana. They are very good company to do business with they have batteries from hearing aids ,computers, cars, you name it they have the battery plus lights bulbs for many things!
