Paid $210.00 cash for key fob 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. Waited for it to come in and the tech couldn’t program it. Ok, understandable; but what is not acceptable, He could not refund my cash because he said it was not enough in the register and he would have to call me. Businesses normally have a change bag. Still waiting for a call. Gas prices are sky high!

Went to Batteries Plus today in Monroe.Louisiana for a refund on a battery that I bought.. the owner was so upset that I brought the battery back then proceed to get upset saying that we always bring stuff back after it's used referencing to my color... I asked the owner why was he so upset just explain the reason he said I looked like I wanted to have a problem... Wow... the owner was very rude didn't have any business training no self control to be a owner and pulling the race card... YOU PEOPLE as the owner say... insanit... read more

I buy batteries frequently here and always get treated well. I was having an issue with my iPhone charging port and went in for repair. Turned out it was just dirt and lint buildup in the port. The tech solved my issue in about 30 seconds at no cost to me. You guys are fantastic!
