My girlfriend purchased 3 sets of rechargeable "D" batteries and a charging station. Because of personal reasons. We weren't able to fully use them for a couple weeks. When I did go to use them. The batteries wouldn't hold the charge. I would use a battery tester. Each time it said they were full. I would try and use them and within minutes the charge would run out.
