James, the owner is great, easy to work with. Needed an acid battery for a motorcycle. First one I picked up the new employee Melvin didn’t put enough acid in it. He was great though, he really wanted to do a good job and just didn’t know how to work the acid dispenser. Fair enough, but wasted a mechanics trip charge. They denied warranty as neglect because I didn't use my car for 1 month! While theirs sits there for 6 months or more. Next time, be dishonest or honest and say their battery sucks and you have no clue what wrong. "Upgraded" me in their battery brand. Stick to auto zone for all your car part on the fly. NEVER going back. They ask you questions NOT to help you but to see how they can void warranty.
Great staff. The manager went above and beyond to help me with a key fob. Definitely going back.
In and out 5 minutes with a great motorcycle replacement battery. Thumbs up!
