9 years I have gone to Batteries Plus and was treated very well but now this store has deleted my records good thing I keep better records than they do also try to get a battery exchanged under warranty impossible they will make any excuse to not exchange the battery I will never go back to battery plus. December 1 the battery that they say was fully charged is dead 1 day and dead never will will I buy another battery from batteries plus
Ordered battery online for backup home alarm,after receiving notification that order was received a couple of minutes later,the item was ready for pick up.Upon arrival I was greeted by the gentleman operating the store,he was very friendly and respectful and treated me really well,I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes,I would highly recommend this store.
Associate gave me the wrong battery. I didn’t realize until I drove all the way home to install in vehicle. Won’t work. Posts are reversed. I ordered a group 34r, I was given a group 34. Unacceptable. Now I’m stuck having to drive 40 min back to the store to exchange, assuming they have the right one, and then 40 min back home, in a borrowed vehicle because my battery is dead. Unbelievable.
