Dropped by to have my battery check for warranty, i was lucky to meet Alexandr, a very helpful, and polite, young man, who offered to carry my heavy battery into the store, he checked the battery, said it was beyond the warranty, he said he could try and charge it, but to be safe, i should get a new Duracell battery for my BMW, which I did, Alexander, even carried it out to my car.
