Great customer service and knowledgeable people at Batteries Plus! More than just hearing aid batteries!
Ordered a somewhat uncommon battery off their website. Was promised two day shipping (ordered Sunday, promised by Tuesday online). A few hours after ordering I get an email that the order is ready for pickup. After being out of town all week, I arrive that Friday to pick up the battery and am told at the store that the “order ready” email must have been a glitch and that the battery will not be ready until the following Tuesday (putting the order at over a week of shipping time, in which case I could have ordered from any ot... read more
