One star is to kind! I visited this Batteries Plus location to obtain a new key fob for my Infiniti vehicle. Following the service performed here, the technician erroneously erased my original key fob, rendering my car inoperable and unable to start. As a direct consequence of this error, I was forced to have my vehicle towed from the Batteries Plus store to the Infiniti dealership. Went in to have key fob programmed to car owner erased original car key fob car wouldn’t start after owner paid for tow agreed to reimburse afterwords told me that he wasn’t going to pay bad business car was perfectly fine before going to this business be careful dealing with this place it’s a pull of the card
