Key worked great, good communication about the process
Contacted this Batteries Plus for a battery replacement on May 7th, but since then, three different people have told me they "ORDERED" the battery for me and that the previous tech DID NOT. Since then i have called, after being told id receive a call, but didn't. Talked to the manager today and the battery is "either lost or never ordered." Because i have been without my cell for 15+ days I have lost my job, haven't been able to pay bills or for my mothers bills. this service is unacceptable!
