I was sad when Batteries Plus left Homewood. Great store; very helpful and nice employees. I needed a new key fob and went to the Tinley Park store and got exactly what I needed. Devin programmed it and he was great. It was a hot, humid day and he had to sit in the car to do it and it took awhile. I still love this store—for my watch batteries and now this.

Ordered a somewhat uncommon battery off their website. Was promised two day shipping (ordered Sunday, promised by Tuesday online). A few hours after ordering I get an email that the order is ready for pickup. After being out of town all week, I arrive that Friday to pick up the battery and am told at the store that the “order ready” email must have been a glitch and that the battery will not be ready until the following Tuesday (putting the order at over a week of shipping time, in which case I could have ordered from any ot... read more
