******This place made it a point to scare me off before I could even bring my phone in for repairs. A person by the name of Sara called me and asking me to bring my phone in early because at 6pm (the time of my appointment) there would only be a "new tech taking care of installs and front desk". Excellent Service and Great Products! I stopped by Batteries Plus to pick up a replacement battery for my car, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They even installed the new battery for me on the spot and checked that everything was working perfectly. I called to see about them cutting a key I bought elsewhere for my car. They said yes. A lady cut it, walked out of the store to test it. On the way out she kept saying they look identical, hope it works. Also said something about the machine not able to cut it, so she eyeyballed it. Got to the vehicle and the key didn't work. "I was afraid of that." were her words. Continues to tell me my key was really worn and slightly bent...then why ruin my key trying. Now I'm out an expensive key!!!! Ticked off to say the least!!!!
