After horrible service from the female worker on a Thursday afternoon a couple weeks ago. I went back on a weekend, where this gentleman named Isaiah was very respectful and knowledgeable in what I needed. Noticing a repeated situation with this lady in previous reviews.
******This place made it a point to scare me off before I could even bring my phone in for repairs. A person by the name of Sara called me and asking me to bring my phone in early because at 6pm (the time of my appointment) there would only be a "new tech taking care of installs and front desk". She said she has been doing it for 10 years but wanted to leave early to go take care of her dad..." needless to say this is not a good look and did not make me anxious to go hand my phone off to a short handed new tech. Excellent Service and Great Products! I stopped by Batteries Plus to pick up a replacement battery for my car, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They even installed the new battery for me on the spot and checked that everything was working perfectly.
