I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.
I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO...YOU COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY ORDER AND BAIT AND SWITCHED WHEN I HAD SOMEONE PICKUP THE ORDER FOR ME. NEVER GOING TO YOUR STORE AGAIN.
