Caleb helped repair the front and back of my phone screen and there were some obstacles but he was super patient and helpful !
I normally come to this location and have zero issue but was not the case yesterday. I came to get a new remote for my truck. Normally the GM is the one that programs my truck but this time he let his employee in training do it. Was told an hour like normal and came back and she still had not finished it. Very quick service and great customer service
Batteries Plus usually has what i need when i need it.
Stopped by Batteries Plus in Westminster to swap out the battery on my Harley Davidson. At first, I ran into some trouble as I was being told the battery might not be covered under warranty. Luckily, Caleb, the store manager from the Boulder location, stepped in and really helped me out. He made things right, and I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism in dealing with a needy customer like me. Thanks again, Caleb — great customer service!
