Just left Beaverton location. The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tested both batteries, verified both needed replacement. He picked out the replacements and installed both right on the spot. Both batteries come with 4 year warranties.
Ethan and Austin were absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would highly recommend going to a different location than this one. Austin apparently always has a bad attitude not only to customers but to his co-workers as well. I will always go somewhere different from now on. If they ever need any medical service from me I will repay with the same disrespect and unprofessionalism I received. Shout out to Olivia for trying her best to make the situation better.
