This store is great! The manager went above and beyond and replaced my battery. They made it easy and were professional and courteous. NEVER go to the Gurnee location or any non-corporate owned locations if you want good service.
The service was great, while not having an exact match LED Bulb, she worked to get me the right one. It was great, answered my questions and addressed my issues She found something that was comparable and worked the same way, with a good price. To bad you don't carry LED T8 Hybrid bulbs But I am heading back this week to purchase a box of the bulbs, if in stock
