I have a mobility scooter and this was the second time i replaced the battery. The first time everything went great. This time my battery kept dying and when brought back, they said it wasn't the new battery i had bought from them. I hired a mobility scooter repair co and several screws from the case were missing and the connections to the wires were so loose a bump would make it die. It cost $265 to find out BP staff didn't do their job correctly both when i bought it and when i returned.
We went to get batteries for 2 key fobs. Never once were we asked if we just wanted batteries we were just told each one was $21.99. Unbelievable 🤬
I highly recommend Batteries Plus. I always go to them for light bulbs but recently I had my car battery replaced and saved $80 over the dealership. They have a great selection, great price and great customer service!
