Key fob Battery Replacement Incident On April 14, 2026, at 10:38 AM, I purchased a replacement battery for my auto keyfob. After the purchase and replacement, my car would not start, and I had to arrange for it to be towed. I went in the store to see about getting a phone battery - I was told it would be ordered. A few days later I called back to check on the status of this order and I was told, "he could see that the battery was there but couldn't find it" .. so I said, "once it was located if he could just give me a call". DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR BATTERY HERE!!! If it gets low, they'll try to charge it (like any other place or brand). But if it doesn't take a charge, the CUSTOMER either didn't charge it correctly or their alternator is bad. Even UNDER warranty, they are NOT giving you another battery. Just ZERO chance it was a BAD BATTERY. HORRRRRRRIBLE SERVICE.
Tiffany saved the day!!! My phone battery wasnt working & i was worried/very upset i wouldnt be able to get all of my pictures off of my phone and she made it happen. The people at AT&T just wanted to sell me a new phone (which i will likely need to get a new one) but #1 priority was getting my phone on & working so the photos could get transferred. Tiffany made that happen!!! THANK YOU so freaking much Tiffany! I know you can relate and i am thankful for all of your time helping me! Tiffany deserves a raise!!!!!
