I took an iPad in to have the battery replaced. They would not do it without replacing the screen which was cracked. So instead of a $100 it turned into $300. Since I am on only SS my daughter paid for it. My problem was that it would not charge or charge intermittently, when I picked it up it was partially charged. The staff at Batteries Plus was very helpful. I needed two AGM batteries for my RV. They had the batteries in stock at a good price.
DON'T GO HERE.. I tried to get a battery for a fair price and they didn't even care to make it happen. Don't recommend.
Josh is an amazing rep! I've had to fix my phone screen twice, and he has always taken care of me. Very professionally and efficient! Thanks for the help!
