Ive been there a couple times to get a new battery for a vehicle key fob. It was only $10 and took less than 10 minutes. Can't beat that.
The people at battery plus were so helpful and attentive to my needs Talmadge was his name and he did a excellent job 10/10 recommended
I've gotten my watch batteries here for years and recently had to get my car key batteries replaced. Every time I get great service and as a bonus I get to pet the shop cats and get purrs from them. I will be a customer for life.
Not enough good things to say about the employees that work here. AAA told me my battery was dead and tried to sell me a new one for $269. I decided to come here to get a second opinion. Nothing wrong with the battery. Just a loose connection. They also informed me that the battery was still under warranty. After recharging my battery for free, I’m in and out in under 20 minutes. And they suggested I stop by in a few days to have them doublecheck the issue. It’s so nice to know great customer service still exists!
