Purchase online with a credit card was issue free, had a representative follow up with a phone call within 30 minutes of placing the order to confirm the order and inform when the battery would be ready for pick up, nice customer service touch. Also, was able to give the contact information of a friend to pick the battery up at the store as I was unable to do so.
