Called ahead to make sure the battery my vehicle needed was in stock for my Ford Escape. They had installed the previous one and I was happy with the way it had performed. It was in stock and Yin confirmed someone would be available to install it. The guy that works in the mornings is completely rude. Rolling is eyes when i asked a question for my phone repair. Rather make the drive to west location to avoid this store and person.
