Sooo disappointed Do I really have to give them a star?? 03/17/26 Batteries Plus, Papillion *EDIT* So, it's a few days later, and my phone battery is still bad or bad again. I hate this, because Batteries Plus has you sign a before and after repair form right when you get your phone back, and at the time I thought it was okay. Now that my phone is telling me my battery power is bad, I have reservations about the quality of workmanship, and am afraid I signed away rights for guaranteed workmanship. 03/17/26 Batteries Plus, Papillion My Note10 needed a new battery, and this store was close to work so I went there on a Friday lunch break and was very impressed with their capabilities and customer service. Ian found a Note10 battery at their sister store in Sioux City, and he texted me when it arrived in Papillion early Monday. I went Tuesday and he got the battery changed while my dog made friends and got treats at the nearby Lowe's. Ian even gave instructions on battery care, which I really appreciated.
