Normally 5 star experience this one failed. For nearly $400 battery, I expected a premium product and premium service. Instead I got a leaking battery, 2nd trip to another store 45 mins away, called store and told them on the way with defective new battery and I would be there @ closing. And I asked them to stay open until the exchange was make. I WAS INFORMED THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY AFTER HOURS, I got to the store with 10 mins before closing and a replacement too weak to use. Completely unacceptable!
I went to Batteries Plus today to have my watch battery changed. I was surprised to see how large and clean the store is. I also was impressed to see every customer was given a friendly greeting as they entered the store. That is not common these days. I got my battery changed very quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend the Batteries Plus in Waynesboro.
