So Jeff was terrible at customer service. 1st I have been going to this location and the 28th street location for years. I bought a lifetime battery replacement deal. Which is under $20 and great. I just wish they had a better system in place to track it. I've had a couple times were a location questioned the authenticity of my purchase. Which some workers put a mark on the batteries and now stickers on the plate cover or whatever they felt was right at the time. No one ever ask me for a name to access an account. DO NOT take your watches there for work! My son and I took both our watches there for a simple battery switch...his came back in pieces and they couldn't get mine back together. I had to go down the street to the local jewelry shop for mine. My sons was actually broken and had to be send to the Fossil repair center. I have $125.00 into (2) $15.00 batteries. No service at all because they don't answer phone calls here. Called the other location on 28th street and they answered right away. Called multiple times over a 30 minute or so period and not one answer; even after clicking num 1 to stay on the line.
Store did not subtract core charge when I bought my new battery even though I brought my old one in. Been trying to call for two days and they won't pick up the phone and get disconnected after 10 min. . Tried the option to leave message and get disconnected. Store is 1/2 drive hour away so didn't want to have to drive back for this. How is anyone supposed to do business with a company like this. Will never purchas from them again!
No one there. No one answer the phone and messages are full. How do you stay in business?
