Not only do they refuse to honor there warranty on a 3 month old battery but the owner also refuses to return calls. The battery has a bad cell yet they want to claim its from being overcharged and claim that a vehicles alternator does not put out 14V and that is why it went bad yet that is industry standard charge of an alternator. I am a mechanic and have also had other mechanics verify yet this store will not honor the warranty and refuses to make it right.
I’ve been a customer of batteries plus since they were in the little store up on 371. I was always impressed with Steve, the owner, and his helpfulness and the products that they sold. Ever since then every auto battery every boat battery every dry cell battery from 12 V to tiny AAAA‘s have come from batteries plus, And later, even lightbulbs. The guy in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable the product seems to work great.
