Went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone, which they performed, however it was not disclosed that it was an aftermarket battery which on many iPhone models will prevent full battery information from being made available. This was not disclosed when installed, while still charging the same price as an install from an authorized dealer with official parts would charge. Terrible customer service today. We obviously inconvenienced the guy there today by having him do his job. Definitely taking my business to someone that wants it.
