Came to this location to get a key fob replaced after having a lot of trouble doing so. James really looked out for me , great service and was quick , will be using this location from now on although I live near the Moreland one.
My partner and I came in with a spent battery we had purchased only 10 months ago. The gentleman who helped us out was extremely informative and took his time explaining why our battery wasn't functioning properly with our camper system. He provided us with an adequate solution for us to use in the meantime without trying to up-sell us on a battery we couldn't afford. I only wish I remembered his name so I could shout him out specifically!
I was greeted by James who totally fixed my cracked phone in under the 40mins he said it would take him. My phone looks brand new. I'll always come here which is out my way should this issue occur again.
I usually forget to leave reviews but this review I had to write. Last Thursday, was nothing but frustration with my SUV not starting. I ended up having to get my vehicle towed to Batteries Plus Tucker location for a new battery. Gideon went above and beyond to assist me. He was so sweet and personable. Initially I had a pretty good experience with James and this location when I came in for a screen repair. However after recently returning I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and customer service I received. I returned to take advantage of the warranty that was offered from the original screen repair. After having to wait a few days for them to receive a replacement screen for my phone, I was advised that the phone was not repairable due to water damage.
