Selection, inventoryand prices are excellent. Customer service is less than adequate. No help offered and cart to move heavy batteries is horrible.
Love being able to take my old batteries somewhere so they don't end up in the landfill.
My car key fob battery was quickly replaced for free because a lifetime replacement was initially purchased and confirmed by phone number. Easy peasy!
Absolutely terrible customer service
