Walked in trying to get a new battery and help with installation… Bald guy told me he can install it but won’t because he’s alone and the guy in the back can’t come up for a few minutes to watch the store while he helps with installation. What a joke. Terrible customer service. Will not return. I’ve never been denied installation with a sign on their door that says they can install batteries. Professional, knowledgeable!
Unfriendly and not at all helpful. I was there with another young man who also left in disbelief after dealing with the staff. Two people in and both walk out without making a purchase due to lazy and unhelpful staff. No wonder retail is dying!
Huge selection at reasonable prices. In store people are great and will carry that heavy auto battery to your car and even install it! Easy to order online and pickup.
