I had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredibly in-depth and attentive service from associates Travis and Ignacio. Ignacio waited on me personally and even installed a new car battery for me right on the spot. While he worked, Travis took the time to walk me through all of the current sales they had going on including some great deals on AA and AAA batteries. I took my classic car in for a battery replacement and install. I was assured over the phone they had the correct battery and could install it sucessfully-same day. After paying hundreds of dollars for the battery plus extra for the install I found my self stranded only an hour later as it had not been installed correctly. When I called back to let them know my car was no longer working, and my connections were not tight-I was told to call a mechanic and I was hung up on! Very disrespectful and awful customer service. I have been going to Batteries Plus for about 25 years. The staff is always pleasant and nd competent. They replaced a car battery that was still under warranty very efficiently and hassle-free.
