I recently had my phone repaired at Batteries Plus in Venice, FL, a location recommended by my insurance company, Assurant. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Hailey and Ignacio were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the repair. They also educated me on proper phone battery care, which I really appreciated. I had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredibly in-depth and attentive service from associates Travis and Ignacio. Ignacio waited on me personally and even installed a new car battery for me right on the spot. While he worked, Travis took the time to walk me through all of the current sales they had going on including some great deals on AA and AAA batteries.
