I am looking to donate a mattress and it send me to battery donation. Totally off.
3 year warranty battery (Duracell Ultra Gold) dies after 9 months, Batteries+ Ashburn denies warranty because the battery was allowed to fall below 10V, but sales person "would be happy to sell me a new battery". I'm sure you would.
So nice to be able to get expert help from a human in a store that carries everything I would need or want! I buy my motorcycle batteries at Ashburn Batteries Plus. Now my lawn tractor as well. Also any other battery needs, including garage door remote. My go to for expert battery help and needs. This visit, I had ordered based on Cub Cadet “recommended” on-line, however, it was not the correct size. Being able to go to a brick and mortar store and get expert human service from Ashburn Batteries Plus was great.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Needed battery for pedometer and now it works again. Staff and service is great, no grumpy guys here. this is not my review
Mike was incredible kind and patient. Took care of my car battery swap with no issues!
