I needed batteries for both of my key fobs. I had never been here and had no clue how to put in new batteries. Staff member Luke was awesome!! So kind and helpful! Every business would be lucky to have an employee like him!
The guys here were able to order a new key fob for a mid-2010s Mazda as well as program a separate Mazda-badged OEM fob that I had gotten on Ebay with matching FCC ID. Both worked fine to unlock and start the car normally. You do pay up front to order the key fob. I came back the next week, and it took maybe 15-20 minutes to program the car to accept the keys. So today I came in to pick up a key that my wife ordered. Spoke with the so called manager and he was very rude and a smart attitude with me when he stated that I had to have the other key to program it. I literally just called probably 5 minutes before I came down here. He could've stated that when I was on the phone. This manager on harbison blvd 252-B store needs to be fired. Shouldn't let people like him become a manager. Poor customer service. I give you a 0 out of 10.
