Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond batteries. I get all my auto and boat batteries here and also have received excellent advice on other matters regarding my vehicles.
My phone screen went black, was told it was the back light needed replaced but couldn't get the parts for a week. Called +found this Batteries Plus had parts. Drove 2 hrs +was met by very helpful staff. They couldn't test my phone because it wouldn't light up. Adam assured me if he couldn't fix it, no charge. He needed a few hrs. New backlight didn't fix it,so he put old one back in it. No charge ! Wish more companies had polite, knowledgeable, professional staff as this company. Keep up the great work .
The crew replaced the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro. They were very professional and thorough warning me ahead of time about the water resistance possibly being compromised, and about the subsequent warnings about a non-Apple battery being installed. Repair was done exactly on time as promised and for the quoted price. No issues and my phone is now charging more quickly and staying alive much longer.
Highly recommend Noah. He was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Noah tested my car battery and even explained the possible problem with a solution. I really appreciate his help.
