I wish I could rate 0 stars to post a comment. I've been trying to get my phone fixed for a month and if you dont go to this place in person u r screwed. I have called this pace to be put on hold for AT LEAST A HALF AN HOUR before I just hang up. Nick who answers the phones thinks its appropriate not to check back in with his customers which id assume he's hoping hangs up. Frustrating is not even close when it comes to this place... I wish there was another qualified vendor to work on Samsung phones.
Greg and Wade were great help. They both were friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do. We’ll return in future when needed. Thanks again guys!
