DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THiS VENDOR. I scheduled an appointment last weekend for a cell phone battery replacement on Tuesday, today. I drove an hour to get to their shop in Palm Desert. I was questioned if I had an appointment even though I received confirmation and a reminder text. When I arrived the manager told me they didn't have the battery in stock. Called store at 5:45 to ask about batteries. Store hours say open until 6. No one answers the phone, it goes to voice mail. Voice mail states that it cannot accept messages. I was 5 minutes away and needed specialty batteries that I have gotten there before. What kind of way is this to run a business? Will never use them again. Not very professional. Need to get it together!
This place gave me my car battery for half the price the dealership said it was gonna cost, have me a fat bulge fr. 🙂↕️
