Terrible!!! I called and spoke to a Joe Sounded very nice on the phone told me to bring my power wheelchair in and they can take the battery out and put the new ones back in. We went through all the trouble of getting a Handicap van with the power wheelchair in when we get there there's another Joe very rude and disrespectful. He just said no.. Was very adamant not to help than he went to say somthing to the manager she comes out a lady with white hair and she said no she was also the same not nice at all this place we did n... read more
